Hello, Romantic Sunday family!
We’re excited to share some big news: we’ve officially rebranded as Romantic Sunday Co. 🎉 You might be wondering—why change the name now?
Well, funny enough, I (Anna) found inspiration in one of my favorite K-dramas, Hometown Cha Cha Cha (where are my Chief Hong fans at? 🙋♀️).
Why “Romantic Sunday”?
Before you cringe and stop reading, hear me out! I used to think K-dramas were overdramatic and a little dorky. But honestly? It only takes the right one to pull you in—kind of like “love at first sight.” If you haven’t watched Hometown Cha Cha Cha yet, trust me, you’ll thank me later!
One of the most memorable songs from the show is "Romantic Sunday" by Car, the Garden. It’s ridiculously catchy—so much so that my whole family (including my one-year-old, who can barely talk yet) belts it out every morning. That’s when it hit me: why do we love this song so much? And just like that, Romantic Sunday Co. was born.

The Meaning Behind the Name
Sundays Are Sacred. Sundays remind us of what truly matters. They are a day of rest, reflection, and renewal. Being productive doesn’t mean working yourself to exhaustion—it means taking time to recharge.
No work. No hard labor. Sometimes, not even chores (hehe). God gave us Sundays to rest. While we’re far from perfect at keeping this, we made a decision long ago to dedicate Sundays as a reminder of God’s goodness.
What Makes Sundays Romantic? Now, let’s talk about the word romantic. Not in the oversexualized, commercialized way society often defines it, but in its truest, most selfless form. To me, romance is sacrificial love—love that gives first, expecting nothing in return. And that’s exactly why Sundays are romantic. God gives us this day—a full day of leisure, reflection, and gratitude—whether we deserve it or not. Think about how beautiful that is! And yet, how often do we take it for granted?
Romantic Sundays Are About More Than Just a Name-
Sundays are slow. They are peaceful, meaningful, and filled with love.
For me, Sundays are the time to:
✅ Unwind and recharge
✅ Spend quality time with family and loved ones
✅ Immerse myself in prayer and gratitude
✅ Refuel my passion for work and life
Without God, I have nothing. I owe everything to Him.
That’s why this rebrand felt right. Naming the business after ourselves may have been catchy and practical, but it never felt complete—and now, I finally understand why. Welcome to Romantic Sunday Co.—where we celebrate faith, rest, and love every day, but especially on Sundays. 💛
